Refund Policy
2. Digital Reports & Subscriptions
3. Consulting & Advisory Services
4. Business Design & Restructuring
Payments for reports, economic updates, business intelligence, newsletters, and other digital content are generally non-refundable once the requested content has been delivered or access has been provided. If a client purchases a digital service and the content has not yet been delivered, the client may request cancellation and a refund, subject to the applicable service terms. If a digital product is materially defective, inaccessible, or substantially different from the service description, the client may contact us to request an appropriate resolution.
For consulting, advisory, and personal business consultation services, a client may request a refund before the scheduled consultation or before the service has materially commenced. Once a consultation has taken place or substantial work has been performed, the payment may become non-refundable. If a consultation needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, clients should contact Memphis as soon as reasonably possible.
Services involving business design, restructuring, organizational planning, financial structure development, marketing structure development, operational planning, or similar customized professional work are generally subject to an agreed scope of work and fee. Because these services may involve significant preparation and customized work, payments may become non-refundable once work has commenced. Where applicable, the specific refund and cancellation terms will be stated in the applicable proposal, service agreement, or statement of work agreed with the client.
5. Service Not Delivered
6. Service Quality Concerns
If Memphis receives payment for a service but is unable to deliver the purchased service for reasons attributable to Memphis, the client may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances and the amount of work already completed. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue directly with the client before processing a refund.
If a client believes that a delivered service materially fails to correspond with the agreed scope or description, the client should contact Memphis within a reasonable period after delivery.
